Yes! There is plenty of free parking on site!
Party guests should arrive just 5 minutes before the party time when your party host can greet them. The birthday child and parent / guardian should arrive 15 minutes before the party time.
Main Play Frame - We have two age group sections, toddlers from zero up to 4 years old may use the toddler area on the right side of the play frame. The left main section is for children 5 years old and up. Toddlers may use the main section with adult supervision. Parents/Carer must supervise their children at all times.
“Ride on” indoor animals - These are best suited for 3 to 7 year olds.
Outdoor race track -Rides are designed for ages 3-10 years old. Children under 3 years old must be accompanied by a parent/carer in the car. Parents/Carer must supervise their children at all times.
Trampolines -Blue trampolines are for ages 3 – 6 years old. Yellow trampolines are for ages 7 plus. Parents/Carer must supervise their children at all times.
Bowling Alley - There is no age restriction for Ten Pin Bowling, however parents/carers must supervise their children at all times.
Mini golf course - There is no age restriction for Ten Pin Bowling, however parents/carers must supervise their children at all times.
Pottery painting studio - Great family fun and popular with all ages including adults; also ideal for corporate event use
Make a bear - Popular with children of all ages, and their parents/ grandparents. (Plush is CE labelled as unsuitable for under 3 years of age).
Outdoor play zone - Great family fun, and popular with all ages including adults; ideal for corporate event use. Coin operated air hockey, 'against the clock' basket ball, pool tables for older children and adults. Aqua blaster, diggers and remote control cars for the younger family members.
Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Please inform your older children of the basic rules of play to ensure a safe visit for all. Please pay specific attention to ensure older children do not play in the area designated for younger children and “nought to walk” areas. These are clearly labelled. Our staff are around to help make your visit enjoyable and to assist in any way they can.
In line with the local Environmental Health Officers (EHO) and our public liability insurance, adults are not permitted to leave the centre whilst their children are playing. One adult (per family group), who is 18 years or over must be present in the play barn at all times.

Because we want your children to enjoy their experience at Oaty and Joey’s,we will not tolerate abuse, anti-social or inappropriate behaviour or bad language at any time from adults or children. Our number one priority is to ensure the safety of all children.
We do not allow any food or drink which is not purchased from us to be consumed in the premises. We have an extensive menu covering a wide range of tastes for both adults and children of all ages, including healthy options. The profit from our food sales, enables us to offer lower entrance prices than most other soft play centres of this size. The only exception would be for baby food or special dietary needs due to medical reasons.
You may take photos of your children provided that you ensure only your children are in the photo. Video is not permitted except in your own private party room with the consent of the parents of other children.
We are proud to be one of the only indoor Soft Play facilities that does not cap your time. You can stay as long as you like during our opening hours.
Your party host will greet all your party guests and make sure that the Birthday child feels extra special.
They will also make announcements, play birthday music, serve your food, cut your cake if required and generally ensure the smooth running of your party so that your expectations are surpassed.
You will only pay for the number of children that turn up on the day, with a minimum of 6 children for all parties.
We will always endeavour to meet your requirements, however, our busy kitchens handle a wide range of foods with many ingredients containing allergens. If your child has a severe allergy, please email us prior to booking in order for us to assess and discuss the situation with you.
